Engineering, design protection and a global team of special project experts have firmly placed HydroMAX as a sustainable, low maintenance and energy efficient 100ft plus hangar door solution. Today we are delighted to unveil the latest HydroMAX hangar door on a new MRO hangar facility, operated by Flight Safety International in Wichita, KS USA. The 137ft x 32ft HydroMAX hydraulic hangar door is finished in the same sheeting and insulation membrane as the hangars 3 outside walls - highlighting the unique advantage of HydroMAX ; where sheeting, insulation and sealability are truly customizable. The HydroMAX hangar door is pre-hung inside it's own framework which helped to minimize the structural load on the hangar and keep capital costs to a minimum. The two hydraulic cylinders, used to semi or fully open and close the hangar door are accelerated by Hy-Power, Hydroswings self contained signature power unit. This beautiful new hangar facility with HydroMAX, provides Flight Safety International with a safe, secure and temperature controllable environment for civil or commercial aircraft with the added benefit of providing maximum airflow and additional canopy cover when necessary. |
